This miscellaneous petition is filed to clarify the order in Crl.M.P.No.15587 of 2022 in Crl.RC.No.1406 of 2022 dated 31.10.2022 in C.M.P.No.15 of 2022 in M.C.No.26 of 2019 dated 06.04.2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Villupuram.

It is stated that this Court, by order dated 27.09.2022, directed the petitioner to deposit the arrears amount before the Registry to the credit of Crl.M.P.No.14819 of 2022. As per the direction, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.4,90,000/- and the said amount is lying with the Registry. Now, the matter is pending before the Family Court, Villupuram. 3.
