The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to cancel the admission of the respondents 4 to 15 in accordance with Clause 8 of the Information Bulletin 2010-2011 and consequently, give him admission in the Government Medical College on merits. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that since the course itself is over, there is no question of cancelling the admission given to the respondents 4 to 15 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
