ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 29.12.2014 directing the respondents to particular 2 and 3 to identify and earmark at South to North on the Western side near petitioners fence of the agricultural land situated at Survey No.1055/2A New Re-Survey No.385/2A Pappini Village Kangeyam Taluk Tiruppur District for installation of High Tension Tower No.22 (From Ingur to Karukkathi).

2. It is not in dispute that the petitioners have given a representation to the respondents on 29.12.2014 seeking for deviation at the installation of the High Tension Power.

3. Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, learned Standing counsel took notice for the respondents and submitted that the third respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 29.12.2014, given by the petitioners, within the stipulated time.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the third respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 29.12.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
