This civil revision petition is listed today, at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, under the caption "For Being Mentioned" by bringing to the notice of this Court some typographical errors, which had crept in, in the order dated 15.02.2023.

2. In view of the above submissions so made by the learned Counsel, Para No.7 of the order dated 15.02.2024 in CRP No.1517 of 2023 shall be read as follows:

.......... Therefore, the order passed by the trial court in IA No.2 of 2022 dated 14.03.2023 is set aside and the delay is condoned. The District Munsif Court, Sirkali, is directed to dispose of OS No.190 of 2019, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
