ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also submitted a letter dated 06.07.2016 to the Registry to that effect. Learned counsel also sought for liberty to challenge the order of rejection and she has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. 2.In view of the submission of the letter dated 06.07.2016 to the Registry and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs.

3.The Appellate Authority concerned, on receipt of any appeal to be preferred by the petitioner challenging the order of rejection, is directed to consider the same in accordance with law.
