3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no complaint has been received from the petitioner by the second respondent.

Therefore, this petition is devoid of merits. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action.
