ORDER

The petitioner's grievance is that his representation dated 06.06.2013 addressed to the respondent, praying for issuance of patta (in respect of petition property) in his name is not yet disposed off. Till date, the said application of the petitioner is pending and moreover, patta has also not been issued in his favour. In view of the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2013 addressed to the respondent, seeking issuance of patta in respect of his property, is pending on the file of the respondent as on date and the same is not yet disposed off, this Court, based on equity and good conscience, without going into the merits of the contents of the representation made, directs the respondent to look into the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.

2013, forthwith and to dispose of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order, outlining the process of reasoning (of course, after providing enough opportunity to the petitioner and others concerned, if any, by adhering to the principles of natural justice), within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
