ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report of the case, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.12.2018 in Crime No.722 of 2018 on the file of the E-1, Mylapore Police Station, Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 19.12.2018, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent/police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent/police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de-facto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
