This petition has been filed seeking an extension of time for a period of six months to complete the investigation and submit the final report, in accordance with the directions issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22268 of 2022 dated 23.08.2024.

2. Heard learned Government Advocate (crl.side) and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant an extension of time for the completion of the investigation and the filing of the final report, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
