For Petitioner : Mr.C.Munusamy For Respondent : Mr.V.Achuthanandan for Pass Associates COMMON ORDER These Criminal Revision Petitions have been filed by the petitioner to set aside the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.1206 of 2024 in STC No.585 of 2022 and Crl.M.P.No.1038 of 2024 in STC No.375 of 2022 dated 22.03.2024 and 28.03.2024 respectively, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee.

2. When these matters were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petitions today.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Criminal Revision Petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to canvass all his grievances before the trial Court. Thereafter, the trial Court shall dispose of the same, within a period 2/4

of six (6) months thereafter. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
