ORDER

Pursuant to the order dated 03.06.2025, the learned Judge, the IX Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, has submitted a report stating that E.P.No.4943 of 2022 is posted for effecting paper publication on the judgment debtors 1 to 3 today and subsequently, the fair Sale Deed would be 1/4

executed, subject to co-operation of the parties and procedural impediments. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter was listed today and the learned Judge has adjourned it to Monday i.e 30.06.2025. It is seen that the judgment debtors 1 to 3 have been set ex-parte also. He would therefore states that the only action remains is to register the Sale Deed. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the draft Sale Deed has already been approved and the same has also been printed on the requisite non-judicial Stamp Paper.

3.In the light of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The learned Judge, IX Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of E.P.No.4943 of 2022, expeditiously on merits and in accordance with law on or before 15.07.2025. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
