Crl.O.P.No.11139 of 2022 CRL.O.P.No. 11139 of 2022 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.

This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal in D.No.729 of 2022 dated 14.07.2022.

2. It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.11139 of 2022, this Court by an order dated 12.05.2022, directed the trial Court to dispose of the S.C.No.64 of 2021, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. However, the Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal has sent communication dated 14.07.2022 in D.No.729 of 2022, narrating the sequence of proceedings in S.C.No.64 of 2021 and sought further period of two months time to complete the trial in the said case.

3.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant three months time to dispose of the S.C.No.64 of 2021, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 27.07.2022 mn 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
