These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 67 days in filing the criminal appeal against the order dated 20.11.2024 made in Spl.S.C.Nos.30 & 32 of 2018 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Nagapattinam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 67 days is condoned and the petitions are ordered.
