ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard on the application to condone the delay of 80 in filing the appeal.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the writ petition was disposed of at the admission stage itself without issuing notice to the applicant. The applicant was not aware of the order being passed. It is only when it came to the applicant's knowledge, this petition has been filed.

3. The reason appears to be genuine. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the delay is condoned.
