2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the petitioner was issued Cr. No.108 of 2019 and the same was enquired and closed on 22.04.2020 by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thittagudi Range, Cuddalore District.

3. Therefore, this petition is devoid of merits. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
