2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondent would submit that the petitioner has been convicted by the trial Court on 19.07.2021 to undergo the sentence of 2 years 9 months and 5 days for the offences under Section 392 r/w 34 of Cr.P.C.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
