In view of the filing of Comp.A.No.139 of 2025 seeking to validate the earlier purchase by the applicant by paying a sum fixed by this Court in such regard, learned counsel seeks to withdraw Comp.A.Nos.155 & 156 of 2024. He has made an endorsement in that regard. Accordingly, Comp.A.Nos.155 & 156 of 2024 are dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs.
