This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that she shall report before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.9707 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9544 of 2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and charge sheet is filed.

3.Considering the said submission and the charge sheet is also filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before all the trial Court hearings regularly without fail.
