This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner from the second respondent at the time of putting up fencing to his agricultural land in Edathanur Village

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent herein is the adjacent land owner of the petitioner's land and he is claiming right over petitioner's property. Hence the petitioner has filed this petition seeking police protection.

3. The learned Government Advocate( Crl Side) would submit that the matter is purely civil in nature.

4. In view of the above it is made clear that the issue is completely civil in nature, as such this Court cannot consider the prayer sought for in
