Counter affidavit filed by the respondent has been perused.

Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the 2nd respondent has directed the 5th respondent to remove all the materials and the same has been removed. Photographs has also produced to this Court to prove the compliance. Cont.P.No.1157 of 2019 the vehicles to transport construction materials, which caused disturbance to the petitioner who is 71 years old. The request of the petitioner to prevent the 5th respondent from enjoying his property, the manner which is not contrary to law cannot be entertained.
