ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(1) of IPC, in Crime No.29 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Totally there are five accused in this case and the petitioner herein arrayed as A5. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused induced the defacto complainant that they will secure M.B.B.S seat for the defacto complainant's daughter and received a sum of Rs.1,72,00,000/- from the dafacto complainant and neither secured the seat nor returned money to the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner along with other accused induced the defacto complainant that they will secure M.B.B.S seat for the defacto complainant's daughter and received Rs.1,72,00,000/- and thereby cheated the defacto complainant. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. .Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and also this Court observes that these type of offence are increasing day by day, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 18/06/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
