ORDER
The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer HMOP.No.439 of 2025 on the file of Principal Family Court, Coimbatore to the Sub Court, Sathyamangalam.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. The petitioner's wife seeks a transfer of H.M.O.P.No.439 of 2025 on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, to the Sub-Court, Sathyamangalam, where the petitioner presently resides.
4. The petitioner has come forward with the transfer application, citing inconvenience and, in view of the fact that she is 9 months pregnant, is not in a position to travel all the way to attend the hearings before the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore.
5. The learned counsel for the respondent has fairly stated that the respondent has no serious objection to the transfer petition being allowed.
6. Considering the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in HMOP.No.439 of 2025 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore and transferred to the SubCourt, Sathyamangalam. The Sub-Court, Sathyamangalam shall not insist on the physical presence/appearance of the petitioner/wife on all hearing dates, except when it is absolutely necessary. There shall be no order as to 2/4
