Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct enquiry and initiate criminal proceedings against the 3rd respondent with regard to the petitioner`s representation dated 15.07.2020 within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

The prayer in this Writ Petition is for a mandamus directing the first and second respondents to conduct an enquiry and initiate criminal proceedings as against the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner has, in fact, already filed a representation before the first respondent on 15.07.2020 seeking the same relief and has rushed to this Court immediately thereafter seeking the mandamus as above without even affording sufficient time to the first respondent to call upon him and other necessary parties to conduct enquiry and dispose the representation.

3. I am thus of the categoric view that this Writ Petition is pre-mature and I dismiss the same.
