Mr.B.Ramamoorthy, learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that he has got reliable instruction that the first appellant is no more and his legal representatives had taken the case bundle from him. It is also represented that one of the sons of the first appellant is an advocate who is practicing in Bangalore. In spite of sending registered letters, the learned counsel is unable to get proper instruction. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. -s/d- Assistant Registrar True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar To 1.The District Judge, Nilgiris at Uthagamandalam.
