This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.1576 of 2011.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.
3.Today, Mr.E.Elangovan, Sub Inspector of Police, T-12 Traffic Investigation, Poonamallee is present before this Court. 4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the Final Report in Crime No.1576 of 2011 has been rejected by the Magistrate under Section 468 Cr.P.C. and the petition challenging the same in Crl.O.P.No.21485 of 2018 has been dismissed by this Court.

5.Hence, this petition is closed. If there are any original documents submitted by the de facto complainant is available with the Court, leave is granted to the de facto Complainant to file an application under Section 452 Cr.P.C. and collect the same.
