(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN., J) This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to DRT, CBE to dispose the I.A.NO.1538 of 2022 in S.A.No.396 of 2022 and S.A.No.396 of 2022 within a time period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the Respondents is dispensed with.

3. The Petitioner has filed SARFAESI Appeal before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore. The Petitioner wants I.A.No.1538 of 2022 filed by him in the S.A.No.396 of 2022 to be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law. No exception can be taken to the said request.

4. Hence, the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of the Application filed in I.A.No.1538 of 2022 in S.A.No.396 of 2022, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the interested parties within a period of six

(6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
