When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have complied with the order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
21.03.2016 passed in W.P.No.10511 of 2016. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the respondents have not paid the entire amount, liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge the order in accordance with law.
2.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondents in accordance with law.
