Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to de-seal the petitioners premises put up at No.27 Josier Street and Door No. 143 Kodambakkam High Road Chennai 600024 which was sealed on 06.09.2025 so as to enable him to carry out rectification by demolition of the same and by receiving and considering petitioners application for demolition and reconstruction expeditiously and in accordance

with law.
