This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the judgment and decree passed on 26.07.2017 in W.O.S.No.667 of 2005 on the file of the Wakf Tribunal cum Principal Subordinate Judge of Coimbatore. 2.

When the matter was listed on 29.04.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 30.04.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 30.04.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
