Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum pursuant to the order passed in Crl.MP.NO.8415 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.15815 of 2020 by order dated 08.01.2021 on the file of this Honble court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl.
