..Respondents Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for willful violation of the undertaking given by the Respondents in the Memorandum of Compromise dated 31.07.2017 and 01.08.2017 recorded and the undertakings given on 10.10.2017, 12.12.2017 & 26.03.2018 in C.S.No.94 of 2017 and the Affidavit in A.No.2348/2018 and the various orders especially on 26.03.2018 passed based on the said undertakings in Application in A.Nos.2348/2018 in C.S.No.94 of 2017 before this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
In view of the fact that, the matter has been settled between the parties, the learned counsel for the petitioner has made the following endorsement to that effect: "Since the issue with regard to undertaking, the Contempt Petition is settled and the same is withdrawn."

The Contempt Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. It is hoped that in future, there may not arise any reason for any dispute between the parties.
