O R D E R

The petitioners seek issuance of Letters of Administration to the estate of the deceased Mr.K.K.Appunni Nambiar who died on 19.04.1999 leaving behind his wife Mrs.K.Ammukutty Nambiar and the petitioners/children.

2.The wife Mrs.K.Ammukutty Nambiar also died on 28.04.2016. From the legal heirship certificate of Mr.K.K.Appunni

R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., ay Nambiar, produced as Ex.P.3, it is seen that the petitioners and the deceased Mrs.K.Ammukutty Nambiar are the legal heirs of Mr.K.K.Appunni Nambiar. The death certificate of Mrs.K.Ammukutty Nambiar has been produced as Ex.P.4. A publication has been made in one issue of Tamil daily and one issue of English daily and no objections have been received. The 3rd petitioner has been examined as PW1 and he has spoken about the succession to the estate of Mr.K.K.Appunni Nambiar.

3.In view of the said evidence, this application is allowed. Letters of Administration is issued in favour of the petitioners for the estate of the deceased Mr.K.K.Appunni Nambiar. The petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-.
