This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 329 days in filing preferring the appeal against the order dated 19.01.2024 in MCOP.No.244 of 2021 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court, Erode.

2.Though notice have been served on the respondents and their names have been printed in the cause list, none appeared on their behalf. 3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 329 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed. 4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
