At the instance of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], this Criminal Original Petitions are posted today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] would submit that in the order of this Court dated 15.02.2016 in Crl.O.P.Nos.23454 and 25343 of 2015, in paragraph 8 the rank of the accused has been typed wrongly and in last paragraph, the word 'anticipatory' has to be deleted.

3.In the light of the above, in paragraph 8, 2nd paragraph, of the order dated 15.02.2016, the accused rank shall read as "A-17 and A-10" instead of "A-1 and A-10"

and in last paragraph, the word 'anticipatory' is deleted.

4.Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after incorporating the above corrections.
