Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8971 of 2021 dated 12.05.2021 that the petitioner should appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further order.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KANCHI GV.MATHIAZHAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8971 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 24(1) of COTPA Act, r/w 328 of I.P.C in Crime No.208 of 2021.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.
