This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.28 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 120B, 423, 465, 467, 468, 471, 506(1) of IPC and Section 82(d) of Registration Act, 1908.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report was filed before the District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Kurinchipadi on 31.03.2025 and the same was not taken on file.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
