Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed by the learned Additional District and sessions Judge(FTC), Vellore, Vellore District dated 04.11.2019 in S.C No.226/2018 and enlarging them on bail pending disposal of the above appeal and pass such further or other orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.SUDHARSAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- When this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits after hearing the parties in extenso, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition, with a request to argue the main matter itself finally.

2. Permission is granted. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
