Seeking directions to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2024, and consequently directing them to shift the water tank, borewell, motor pump etc., in front of petitioner's house property in S.No.162/1, 162/2 in Ponthur Village, Patta No.165, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, the present writ petition is filed. 2.Mrs.P.Vijayadevi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mrs.E.Ranganayaki, learned Additional Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 4th respondent.
3. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4.The petitioner is a resident of Pari Street, Kanarajapuram, Kancheepuram District. The petitioner is the owner of the property situated in S.No.162/2 in Ponthur Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, measuring an extent Page No.2 of 5
of 7 cents. The petitioner possess patta for the said property in Patta No.165. The petitioner states that due to previous enmity, the Executive Officer and Panchayat President, put up Sintex water tank and installed motor pump, bore well etc., in his patta land. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation on 09.12.2024, to the respondents to shift the Sintex water tank, motor pump, bore well etc., installed in his patta land. However, no action was taken till date. Aggrieved by the inaction of respondents, the petitioner filed the above writ petition.

Though many issues were raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if, this Court directs the third respondent, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2024, for shifting of Sintex water tank, motor pump, bore well etc., from his patta land and pass orders within a stipulated time.
6. In view of the aforesaid facts and considering the limited relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, I direct the third respondent, to consider the petitioner's Page No.3 of 5
representation dated 09.12.2024, for shifting the Sintex water tank and installed motor pump, bore well etc., from the petitioner's patta land and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
