Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent herein to correct the Land Survey Record in so far aso S.No.923/1A of Palacode Revenue Village by altering the extent of land from 1.10 cents to that of 1.16 cents (by deleting 6 cents of land in S.No.923/1D in compliance of and in consequence of the report of the 3rd respondent dated 28.11.2012 and in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2019.

Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the Respondents, states that the representation dated 02.03.2019 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by order No. Na. Ka. 1912/2019/G8 dated 19.07.2019 passed by the Second Respondent and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter. 2.
