Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records on the file of the second respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.38/Ma Mu me/2020 dated 4.5.2022 issued to the petitioner, with regard to the vacating of the Shop No.8, and Shop No.7 respectively at Nehru Stadium Shopping Complex, Coimbatore 641 018, quash the same.
