This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.6696 of 2023 on 24.03.2023 to stay at Tiruvannamalai and report before the Inspector of Police, Tiruvannamalai Town Police station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
