Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the relief of issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent commission to accept the application of the petitioner to take part in the Recruitment process initiated vide Notification No.9/2015 dated 10.7.2015 without reference to the amendment to the General Rules in Part II of the Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Service Rules (Vol.I of the Tamil Nadu Manual 1987) vide Rule 54(B) vide G.O.Ms. No.114 dated 11.8.2010 and consequently without reference to Clause 4A of the consequential Notification No.9 of 2015 dated 10.7.2015 of the 2nd respondent so far as the petitioner concerned and for a consequential direction to the respondents to implement G.O.Ms. No.98 Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department dated 17.7.2006 by increasing the upper age limit for MBC candidates from 35 to 40 years.
