Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 07.06.2021 and to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action with the settled principle of law as well as the principles of natural justice.

O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2021 and take appropriate action.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is doing a fruit stall business at Ambedkar Nagar
under the Identity Card issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu, Greater Chennai Corporation bearing UID No.13_182_205_0328_0025. He would further submit that often some police officials came to the petitioner's stall and threatened her to vacate the stall and therefore, she gave a representation dated 07.06.2021 to the respondents, however, the same was not yet considered. He would also submit that it is suffice that if the petitioner's representation is duly considered by the first respondent and appropriate orders are passed therein.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner submits a copy of her representation before the first respondent, the same would be duly considered on merits and appropriate orders would be passed therein, within a time frame, as stipulated by this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.
5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides, this Court issues the following directions: (i) The petitioner is directed to submit a copy of her representation dated 07.06.2021, along with a copy of this order, before the first respondent.
(ii) On receipt of such representation, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
