This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondent for willfully disobeying and violating the orders of this Court in W.P.No.12795 of 2024 dated 03.06.2024.

The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent has considered the petitioner's representation and passed appropriate orders. Hence, the respondent has not committed any willful disobedience. The above statement is taken on record.
