ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, an affidavit of

compliance was filed and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder:- "7. I respectfully submit that after completion of elaborate and detailed investigation, on 14.03.2024 the then Sub Inspector of Police have prepared a final report and the same has been e-filed before learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate vide LTN20220002058C202500417 on 05.06.2025 and the same is yet to be taken on file."

2. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Gummidipoondi to act upon the final report filed by the respondent in Crime No.57 of 2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, the contempt petition stands closed.
