DECREE:

This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on 21/08/2018 i.e. Tuesday, the Twenty first day of August 2018 under the Provisions of Section 100 of the code of Civil Procedure 1908, upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal and the judgment and decrees https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the Lower Appellate court and the court of First Instance and upon hearing the arguments of M/s A.Nilaphar for Mrs. R.Meenal, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.J.Ramakrishnan, Advocate for the respondents, and having stood over for consideration till this day, this court doth order and decree as follows: 1.that the decree and judgment dated 15/10/2001 passed in A.S.No.68 of 2000 by the Principal Distinct Judge, Villupuram, preferred against the decree and judgment dated 27/06/2000 made in O.S.No.714 of 1995, by the Principal distinct Munsif, Ulundurpet be and hereby is confirmed and the Second appeal is dismissed; and 2.that there be no Costs in this appeal.
