The Criminal Original Petition was filed and numbered in March, 2010 itself. Even after so many years, the learned counsel for the petitioners, is not ready to get on with the case for admission.

2. When the petition was posted for hearing on 11.02.2016, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted for hearing on 19.02.2016 under the caption "for dismissal". Today also, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, this court is constrained to dismiss the Criminal Original Petition for non prosecution.
