Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1) (b) Cr.P.C. to modify the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respodent police daily at 10.00 a.m., and 4.00 p.m., till filing of charge sheet in crime number order passed in E-bail No.0065/2020 in E-bail No.0059/2020 dated 17.07.2020 instead of the modify the fully relaxation or any such condition the petitioner ready to follow the Court order.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No-I, Permablaur in E-bail No.0065/2020, directed to appear before the respondent police at 10.00 am and 4.00 pm till the filing of charge sheet.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is lady and she has been cooperating with the respondent's investigation. It is also submitted that the petitioner unnecessarily is being made to appear before the respondent every day twice.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10930 of 2020 dated 22.07.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday and every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
