O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the Order dated 08.02.2023 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore in Crl.M.P.No.3521 of 2022 thereby directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Arcot for releasing petitioner's tractor an unregistered vehicle bearing Engine No.ZME3MAA5703 and Chasis No.MBNAAALGAMZE04161 by allowing this Criminal Revision.

2. When is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner expressed his grievance that though the learned Judge Ordered return of the tractor, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.one lakh before the

District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Arcot, within a period of one month. Hence, the petitioner wanted to modify the said condition.

3. The petitioner has filed this petition for modification of condition No.4 in the impugned Order. The petitioner may approach the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore for modification of the said condition and this revision is not maintainable before this Court at this stage.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to file a petition before the concerned Court to modify the condition.
