ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to implement the order of the 2nd respondent dated 08.05.2017 and consequently issue computer patta to him, within a time frame.

Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that the respondents 3 and 4 have already implemented the order of the 2nd respondent dated 08.05.2017 and now that the petitioner had given a fresh application seeking for transfer of patta on 13.07.2017.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the application dated 13.07.2017 given by the petitioner may be directed to be considered by the 4th respondent and orders passed in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 13.07.2017 for transfer of patta and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
